1. Claim
Policy Our return policy applies exclusively to items purchased from our official website. We are not responsible for our products sold on other sites. Upon receipt, please inspect your package thoroughly. We do not cover damages caused by customers, except for products that are dead on arrival. If your product is damaged during shipping or malfunctions within the warranty period, send us photos or a video demonstrating the issue. We only accept returns that we have authorized.

2. Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days post-delivery. Some exceptions are outlined in the Returns Policy below.
Important: All items returned are subject to inspection. They should be in their original, unused state, complete with all components, accessories, and packaging. To initiate a return, please provide your order number and product details. We will promptly supply you with return instructions.
Except for product quality problems and wrong goods sent, we are not responsible for the costs of returns due to other reasons.

Note: We have no responsibility for items stained or damaged accidentally in the usage caused by the user’s mistake.
2.3 Partial refunds may be issued under certain conditions
- Items that are not in their original state, have been damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.
Note: Shipping costs will be charged only once, and no restocking fees will be applied for product returns.
2.4 Shipping Options
We accept e-Packet, China Post for standard shipping, and DHL and FedEx for expedited shipping. If you prefer a different shipping method, please get in touch with us for verification before sending, as we may not accept unconfirmed shipping methods.
3. Refund
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
3.1 Refund Process (where applicable):
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we’ll inform you via email about the receipt of the item and the result of your refund request.
Should your refund be authorized, we will initiate the refund process, and your credit card or original payment method will be credited, typically within 48 hours.
3.2 Delays in Refunds (where applicable):
If your refund is delayed, recheck your bank account first.
Subsequently, reach out to your credit card issuer, as it may take a while for the refund to be reflected.
Finally, consult with your bank as there might be a processing interval before a refund appears.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Services@mytechhaven520.com and we will tell you where to send our products.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
4. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
