Delivery procedures may differ by location due to the use of various courier services. It is essential for the buyer to provide accurate and valid delivery details for the local courier’s convenience. Once the order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for its handling.

If delivery issues arise from factors outside our control, like incorrect address information or courier service errors, we cannot be held liable for any resulting delivery delays. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by any changes they make to the delivery address after shipment.

If there is a delay or loss of the package by the courier, the buyer should first contact the courier company. If the issue remains unresolved, the buyer is welcome to contact our customer service for assistance, and we will work to resolve the issue by coordinating with the courier company.

2.Delivery Information

To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, it’s important to give us correct contact and address details. Keep an eye on your email and your phone handy in case we need to get in touch after you’ve ordered.

Delivery info needs might change based on the country’s rules. Throughout the delivery process, we might ask for more details needed for shipping.

Also, some places have special rules:

  • Orders to Russia need a company name and address.
  • Orders to Brazil require a personal tax number.
  • Orders to Taiwan, China, need “EZ Way” APP approval.

3.Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

To keep our delivery costs competitive, we’ve set up different shipping fees for various countries. We offer three unique delivery options and cover three main delivery areas, reaching most parts of the globe to meet the needs of a wide range of customers.

4.Free shipping

For orders totaling up to 49.9, shipping to your country is free. Delivery times typically range from 3-5 days in Asia and certain European countries such as the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Belgium, 5-10 days in other European countries, North American countries, Australia, and New Zealand, and 10-21 days in remaining countries.

For orders below 49.9, an additional shipping fee will be applied based on the destination country.

5.Shipping place

According to warehouse inventory priority, ships from China by default, unless a shipping location list appears above.

If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped from the China distribution center, so delivery would take longer than usual to arrive.

6.Duty Charged by Importing Country & Other Taxes

Please be aware that the price listed on the page does not include any import duties or local taxes. When your order reaches its destination country or region, the local customs authorities will impose taxes and fees, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Since each country or region has its own taxation policies, we regretfully cannot provide an exact amount. Therefore, it is important to check the rates in your country or region to determine the specific taxes and fees you are expected to pay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that regardless of whether the buyer signs and accepts delivery of the order, taxes and fees will still be incurred upon arrival in the destination country or region and must be borne by the buyer.
